Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée

  • 2 Tbspadditional sugar for topping, granulated

  • 1 tspvanilla extract, optional

Directions

  1. Step 1: Preheat the Oven

    Begin by preheating your oven to 325°F (160°C).

    In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, sugar, and salt over medium heat until just simmering.
