- 8 Tbspall-purpose flour, can substitute with gluten-free flour
- 8 Tbspcornstarch
- 1 tspgarlic powder
- 1 tsponion powder
- 1/2 tsppaprika
- 1/2 tspsalt
- 8 Tbspwater, adjust for consistency as needed
- 8 Tbspbuffalo sauce, adjust to taste
- 2 Tbspolive oil
- 4 Tbspblue cheese or ranch dressing, for dipping
- 2 Tbspfresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Directions
- Step 1: Prepare the Cauliflower

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set aside.
- Step 2: Make the Batter

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and water until smooth.
