- Step 1: Prepare the batter

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, and salt until smooth. Gradually add the milk and melted butter, mixing until fully combined.

Cover the bowl and let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.

In a non-stick skillet, melt a small amount of butter over medium heat. Ensure the surface is coated without excess grease.
