Creamy Tuscan Garlic Chicken

  • 2 Tbspolive oil, for frying
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tsppepper
  • 3 clovegarlic, minced
  • 1 cupheavy cream
  • 1 cupchicken broth
  • 1 cupfresh spinach, packed
  • 8 Tbspsun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 8 Tbspparmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tspItalian seasoning

Directions
