
Creamy Tuscan Garlic Chicken

- 2 Tbspolive oil, for frying
- 1 tspsalt
- 1 tsppepper
- 3 clovegarlic, minced
- 1 cupheavy cream
- 1 cupchicken broth
- 1 cupfresh spinach, packed
- 8 Tbspsun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 8 Tbspparmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tspItalian seasoning
Directions
- Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
