Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Savor these tender, juicy steak bites coated in a luscious garlic butter sauce. Perfectly seared, they’re both rich and bright, making for a quick yet indulgent dish.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces, for best results, use tender cuts
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, for a richer flavor, use slightly softened butter
  • 4 clove garlic, minced, fresh garlic provides the best flavor
  • 1 tsp salt, adjust to taste
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper, freshly ground enhances the dish's flavor
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish, adds color and freshness
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, for the pan to sear the steak

Directions

  1. Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

  3. Add the steak bites to the hot skillet in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes, turning to brown all sides.

  4. Once seared to your liking, remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.

  5. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter and minced garlic. Stir until the butter is melted and the garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.

  6. Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing gently to coat them in the garlic butter. Cook for an additional minute to heat through.

  7. Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
