- 2 cupcherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 Tbspolive oil, for roasting
- 1 tspsalt, to season
- 1/2 tspblack pepper, to season
- 1 cupburrata cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1 Tbspfresh basil, chopped, for garnish
- 1 clovegarlic, halved for rubbing on bread
- Balsamic glaze, for drizzling, optional
Directions
- Step 1: Prepare Ingredients

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette and halve the cherry tomatoes.

In a bowl, toss halved cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet. Roast in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until they are soft and slightly caramelized.
