Spinach and Artichoke Dip

This creamy spinach and artichoke dip combines rich flavors with a satisfying texture, perfect for sharing. With a hint of garlic and a cheesy finish, it’s a crowd-pleaser at any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes, optional for heat

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

  3. Stir in the chopped artichoke hearts, drained spinach, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until evenly mixed.

  4. Fold in the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese, ensuring everything is well combined.

  5. Spoon the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie dish or oven-safe serving bowl.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and golden on top.

  7. Allow the dip to cool for a few minutes before serving with your favorite crackers or bread.
