
Warm Cinnamon Rolls

- 4 cupall-purpose flour
- 1 cupmilk, warm to about 110°F
- 8 Tbspgranulated sugar
- 8 Tbspbutter, melted
- 1packet active dry yeast
- 2 wholeeggs
- 1 tspvanilla extract

- 1 cupbrown sugar, packed
- 2 Tbspground cinnamon
- 4 Tbspbutter, softened, for filling
- Powdered sugar, for icing
- 2 Tbspmilk, for icing

- Step 1: Activate the Yeast

In a small bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Step 2: Prepare the Dough

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, melted butter, eggs, salt, and the yeast mixture. Mix until it forms a dough.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
